I'm Jennifer Horton, a dedicated wife and mother of three, a compassionate registered nurse, and the CEO of Living Waters Enterprises. With my role as an administrator of family care homes in Buncombe County, I have deep roots in the community as a lifetime resident and a passionate advocate for Buncombe County's well-being.

 

My lifelong love for Buncombe County is evident in my commitment to making it a better place for all its residents. My pledge as a candidate for County Commissioner is simple but powerful: I will always prioritize the citizens with sound policies and innovative solutions that benefit the entire community.

My vision includes unwavering support for students and teachers, ensuring that all our children have access to the high-quality education they deserve. I am resolute in my commitment to put Buncombe County first, without being swayed by politics or concerns over future elections. My goal is to keep Buncombe County at the top of the list as the best place in North Carolina to live, work, play, and learn.
